Jay Dawg’s Walk To Work Episode 38: Hurricane, MLB Playoffs, and the Taste of NH

Just absolute devastation going on in the Florida Panhandle, as well as power outages in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North and South Carolina and Virginia. Flash flooding in parts of Virginia, and at least 11 deaths in the last few days. Mexico Beach, Florida has been reduced to a pile of rubble. Help will be needed, so please give what you can.

It’s down to the final four, with 2017’s AL and NL champs back in the dance. They face different teams this time in 2018; the 108-win Boston Red Sox battle the World Series champ Astros, and the NL Champ LA Dodgers take on the best team in the NL in the Milwaukee Brewers. Could we see a rematch of last year’s Fall Classic? Or a new matchup in two weeks?

The 13th Annual Taste of NH is coming to the Grappone Conference Center in Concord next Thursday from 5:30-8:30 PM. I will co-emcee the event with Ken Cail.

Another season, another Warriors-Cavaliers NBA Finals? Not this season. LeBron James took his talents from The Land to La-La Land, so it’s the Celtics or Sixers conference to lose. So does LeBron going to the Lakers make them better than the Warriors? Or the Rockets? Or the Thunder? Or the Clippers?!
